PodBytes Special: Mass Effect 3

Mass Effect 3

Your Favourite Podcast on the Extranet

Quite possibly the year’s biggest release so far, Mass Effect 3 wrapped up all loose ends and put to rest a trilogy five years in the making. With many grand moments ranging from high-stakes interstellar space battles to your team members’ often gut-wrenching personal crises, gamers of all ages have been eagerly exploring the galaxy alongside Commander Shepard and his squad. BNBGAMING thought it was so superb, we gave it the Mark of Excellence!

With the closing of a story as near and dear to our hearts as this one has been, it’s only natural that we crave to sit down over a pint or two of krogan ale and wax philosophical as we reminisce about the final hours in Shepard’s struggle to save humanity from the Reapers. The road has had its share of ups and downs, and with the multitude of possible choices and squad combinations that BioWare is famous for incorporating into their games, with choices made in the first two entries affecting the end user’s experience in the sequel, no two play experiences will be alike. Join our team as we find out who actually liked the ending, who abandoned Wrex to a terrible fate early on in the trilogy, and who’s secretly infatuated with a certain masked quarian engineer.

Beware: Possible Spoilers Ahead!

PodBytes Special: Mass Effect 3 stars Martin Watts, Declan Burrowes, Chad Morelock, and Rexly Penaflorida II.  Originally recorded on Sunday 18 March, 2012.  Full run time: 72 mins.
